Haley's Horse

I took this video tonight of Haley on her horse.

Haley loves Uncle Heath, and she was trying to talk to him on the phone today so I took these videos. She actually mistakenly called Heath today. It was so funny!

Family Visits!

Kelby's mom, grandma, and sister came to visit. We have had a great time. I just love when family comes to visit. I'm so blessed to have great in-laws. Enjoy the pictures!

Kelby and Devon on the tube. I'm learning how to pull people with our boat, and I knocked them off the tube a few times. :)

Wildlife Refuge

Today we went to a Wildlife Refuge in Indiahoma, Oklahoma. It's about 35 minutes from Altus. It is a 59,000 acre wildlife refuge that has bison, white-tail deer, texas longhorns, elk, birds, and many other wild animals. Haley loves animals so we knew that she would love this place. After we left, all she kept saying was, "more animals, more animals." So I guess we'll be going back! There are hiking trails and picnic areas all over the refuge.

We were planning on going out today on our boat, but as the song says, "Oklahoma, where the wind goes sweeping down the plain." Well, it was sweeping down the plain strong today so the boat was a no-go.

Watching the prairie dogs run around and dig holes.

There were so many prairie dogs out today.
This is a famous restaurant in Southwest Oklahoma that specializes in burgers and steaks. Its not pretty to look at it, but most of the time those are the best places to eat. However, we got there, and the line was so long that our hungry girl could not wait that long. We will try it again soon.

Feeding the Ducks!

We found out from our good friends Joanna, Dan, and Shannon that there is a small lake in Altus that you can feed the ducks and geese. So we took Haley there, and she loved it. We had some old goldfish and bread to feed them. As many of you know, birds are not my friends so I stayed back and took pictures while Kelby and Haley fed them.

Very excited about feeding the ducks!

Daddy taught Haley how to get the ducks to eat out of her hand.

Trying to get Haley to smile, but she was too into the ducks.
