Traveling Again!

Trying to pick up those heavy balls.

Haley's first trip to the bowling alley. They put up the gutter stops for the kids. She must be Daddy's girl because she beat all the girls!

We went to the zoo with our friends Justin, Kacey, Paul, and Cristin. Justin is showing Haley the cougars.

Enjoying the windy day at the zoo

We just got back from visiting Kelby at Maxwell AFB in Montgomery, AL. He is there doing a officer training course that captains in the Air Force have to complete. We enjoyed being there with him. He got to spend lots of time with us. Haley was such a trooper. She did very well on our rides down there and back. Maybe we have finally turned the corner with her and car rides? We stayed in a very small room with a small kitchen, bathroom, and bedroom. Haley slept in the hallway with a blanket we draped over the door to separate her from ours. She amazingly did well. She would go right to sleep when we put her down. We met some really nice families in Kelby's flight class, and we spent lots of time with them on the playground, taking walks, and going out to eat.

Kelby gets finished next week, and we are headed up to Snowshoe, WV with some couples from the squadron to go skiing. It should be really fun! Haley is staying with Nana. This will be the first time I've been away from her for more then a few days so I know I will miss her. I am really excited about skiing and getting to spend some time with Kelby by myself. We don't get that very often. Thanks Nana, Ria, Poppy, and Heath in advance for helping 0ut. Hopefully, I will come back in one piece with no broken bones this time (a little soreness is ok).

Our morning at the Cattle Mooseum.

We spent the first weekend with Brad and Teresa, some of Kelby's friends from high school. Haley just loves Teresa! She is such a good friend!

What Ya Got Cooking?

First comes the eggs.

Stir it up!
Add the flour!

The proud cook!

The masterpiece!

We are headed out tomorrow morning early to drive to Alabama to see Kelby for 2 weeks while he is at SOS training. We had to leave the dogs at my parent's house, and while we were there, Haley enjoyed some cooking with her Nana. My mom is a very good cook, and I wish I had been more attentive because I don't have that quality. It warms my heart to see Haley cooking with Nana because I spent many hours watching my Grandmother cook in her kitchen.

Let's Go Muddin!

Haley got a Power Wheels Four Wheeler for Christmas. It is a little old for her, but she will get the hang of it in no time. She just loves riding on the real four wheeler at Kelby's parent's house so Santa decided to bring her one. She has not quite mastered the steering part, but she loves the fact that when her foot hits the pedal, she goes!

It's a new year!

Wow, it's been forever since I have written anything. We have had a crazy few weeks. I guess I took a blog break as well as a Christmas/New Year's break! First, we had a great Christmas! We were able to see so many family members on my side. We missed seeing all of Kelby's family. Next year I want to spend Christmas in Missouri and Thanksgiving in South Carolina. Christmas will be a little different next year since we will be in Oklahoma. However, it will be nice because Kelby gets all holidays off!

Haley had a great Christmas. Santa brought her lots of fun toys! Thank Santa!

I love this man! Kelby and I celebrated 6 years of marriage on December 28th! I cannot believe it's been 6 years.

Can we get through the doggy door or not? :)

After Christmas, Kelby's family came into town. We had a great time. They were expecting the 70 degree weather we had last Christmas, but it was a little colder this year! I kind of liked it being colder around Christmas. However, I am ready for this cold weather to GO AWAY! I do not like being cold. I would rather it be 100 degrees outside, but that's just my opinion (Sorry Heath). Well, I have more pictures coming. I just have not imported them on my computer yet. So, more Hagerla pictures coming.
